WestOx Engineering was founded in 2004 by a group of senior engineers who believed the African continent deserved access to the same quality of technical advisory services as any major global market — without compromise, without exception.
Starting with a small team and a single consulting contract, we grew project by project, discipline by discipline — adding technology, operations, and support practices as client demand made clear what the market needed.
Today we operate across oil & gas, mining, power generation, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors — but our founding principles remain exactly what they were on day one: precision, integrity, and partnership.

First International Contract
We secured our first cross-border engagement — a pipeline integrity programme spanning three West African nations — cementing our reputation for rigour and reliability.
Technology Practice Launch
Recognising the shift toward digitalisation, we launched our dedicated Technology division, expanding into 3D modelling, simulation, and early-stage digital twin work.
500th Project Milestone
We celebrated our 500th completed project — a testament to over a decade of consistent delivery across consulting, technology, operations, and support.
Expansion into 40+ Countries
A milestone year as our active project footprint reached 40 countries. Our remote delivery capabilities proved decisive during a period of global disruption.
